Balele Conservancy:
A game park consisting of approximately 15000 hectares. Situated in
the beautiful Balele Mountains. Variety of game like zebra, giraffe,
a variety of antelope, baboons, monkeys etc. but not the big five.

Hiking and Walking Trails
Enhlanzeni Valley Trail:
Enhlanzeni Valley, Utrecht 2-day, 25 kms (Moderate). The trail
follows the Dorpspruit river. Overnight at the Weltevreden farmhouse
and the valley huts. The trail features waterfalls, bird life and a
spectacular valley.
Balele Waterfall Trail
Enhlanzeni Valley, Utrecht. 3-day, 25kms (moderate - severe). This
follows a circular route starting and ending at the old Utrecht mine
house. Second night stay is in a traditional African hut.
Entabeni Hiking Trails:
Waaihoek and Groothoek Farms, Utrecht. 5kms, 8kms and 10kms (easy-
moderate). Three trails stretch over beautiful valleys, mountain
streams, indigenous forests and a panoramic view of the Balele
mountains. There is a large variety of flora, bird life and small
game.
